Qognexus Readiness Snapshot — Echelon Labs
These terms govern your use of the Qognexus Readiness Snapshot (the "Snapshot"), provided by Echelon Labs [counsel to confirm registered legal entity and number] ("Echelon Labs", "we", "us"). By completing the Snapshot you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
The Snapshot is a free, informational instrument. You answer a short set of questions, and we use your responses to generate a brief readiness report that is sent to the email address you provide. The Snapshot is offered for professional and business use.
You must be at least 18 years old and using the Snapshot in a work or professional capacity. You agree to provide accurate information and to use a work email address you are entitled to use. Do not submit another person's personal data unless you have a lawful basis to do so.
The report is a diagnostic reflection of your own responses. It does not recommend a course of action and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or management advice. It is provided "as is", without warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose, and no decision should be taken in reliance on it alone. Any use you make of the report is at your own discretion and risk.
The written narrative in your report is generated by an artificial-intelligence language model from the answers you provide; the questions, scoring, and structure are designed and fixed by us. How this works and how your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
Do not misuse the Snapshot — for example by submitting false or unlawful information, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service, scraping or overloading it with automated requests, or using it other than as intended. We may decline or withdraw access if the service is misused.
Qognexus, Qognexus Readiness Snapshot, and the Qognexus Quick Diagnostic are trade marks of Echelon Labs. The report content, question set, scoring, and methodology remain the property of Echelon Labs. You may use the personalised report we send you for your own internal, professional purposes; you may not resell it or present the underlying instrument as your own.
The Snapshot may point you to the Qognexus Quick Diagnostic, a separate paid service governed by its own terms provided at the point of purchase. Nothing in these terms is an offer to sell that service.
We may update the Snapshot, or these terms, from time to time. The current version applies each time you use the Snapshot; where changes are material we will take reasonable steps to make that clear.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and given that the Snapshot is provided free of charge for informational purposes, Echelon Labs is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Snapshot or its report. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
